• Bernard graduated in international law and joined IBM Netherlands in 1984 where he held various sales and staff positions and worked in IBM Europe from1997-2001 in IBM Global Services.

  As Vice-President Sales & Business Development and Board Member in the Netherlands for EDS, his responsibilities were cross market and included the closure of a major mega outsourcing deal in the banking industry.

Expanding his experience into other areas within outsourcing, he worked for the Manpower International Division as Operations & Account Director, managing the delivery and growth of a multi-billion HR outsourcing deal with a leading player in the IT industry, for Southern Europe, Israel and Turkey.

In 2008 he worked as Director Europe Sales & Business Development for an UK outsourcing & services company based out of Brussels, Belgium.

At present Bernard is Owner & Managing Director of a Consultancy firm, iBSC based out of the Netherlands.

Bernard was Chairman IACCM Benelux from 2003-2008 and is now a Worldwide Advisory Council Member (www.iaccm.com)

He is also a member of the board of the Dutch Society for International Affairs (www.ngiz.nl )
